What is the shipping policy?

We currently offers free standard shipping for major orders over US $99.00. Fasted delivery in 5 business days. Shipping and Delivery prices and timelines may vary on shipping location. More details, please visit return and refund page.

How exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment, but we accept a new order and initiate a return of the existing order. Almost all items are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days from the purchase date. The few exceptions are for:

– Items specifically labeled as non-returnable.
– Some free gifts.

What if I received an item damaged or not as described/wrong item?

To report an item as damaged or not as described. you will have the option to choose your return method. Select your return and refund methods. Then, click ‘Submit’. Print and tape your return label to the outside of your return package. The return order is free. Mail out your package at the nearest USPS or UPS location and you’re done.

Can I change return options?

If you have not mailed out your package yet, you may cancel existing return request and submit a new order with a different return method.

How long do I have to return something?

Almost all items are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days from the purchase date. The few exceptions, please visit return and refund page.

What is my order status?

Choices Shopping sends an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. After completing an online order, you will receive an email confirming the purchase with an order number. Order numbers can be used as a reference if additional support is needed. If the email is lost or deleted, you can track orders through your online account.

How to create an account?

Select Login/Register option in at the right of the search bar at the top of any page.

  • From the Login/Register option click on, select Create an Account.
  • Enter email address. A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address.
  • Enter/create your password.
  • Each user should create their own online account.

How do I sign in and out of my online account?

You must register to create your online account. Sign in to your online account using below steps:

  • Select Login/Register option in at the right of the search bar at the top of any page.
  • If you already have an account, Complete the two required fields, email and password.
  • Click on Log in.

Sign out:

  • Select the account dropdown at the right of the Search bar and select Log Out at the bottom of the account options.

How do I update my account, billing or shipping information?

Update or add personal information like name, phone number, Billing or delivery address, payment method to your account.

  • Select Login/Register option in at the right of the search bar at the top of any page.
  • Sign in to your online account. 
  • Navigate to the My Account page and select option from list.
  • Click the Save button once completing the changes.

How do I make change to my payment method?

Adding a payment method:

  • Sign in to your online account.
  • From the Account information page, select Payment Methods.
  • Enter Cards information 
  • Click on Add Payment Method

How do I change my password?

  • Select Login/Register option in at the right of the search bar at the top of any page.
  • Sign in to your online account.
  • Navigate to the My Account page> Account Details
  • Enter your current password and then type your new password.
  • Click the Save button once completing the changes.

Lost your password?

Reset your following below steps:

  • Select Login/Register option in at the right of the search bar at the top of any page.
  • Click on Lost your Password? link
  • Enter User Name or Email
  • Click on Reset Password 
  • A password reset email has been sent to the email address on file for your account, but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.

How to pay Taxes?

We are required by law to collect all taxes based on where order is being processed. You’ll see the estimated sales tax during the checkout process. Actual taxes will be charged based on your delivery address , depending upon state and local laws.

How calculate Item Pricing & Fees ?

All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices, unit prices (for weighted items), and available quantities may vary by date. You will select the desired quantity of an item and be shown a maximum price that will be charged for the desired quantity of the respective item. You order will be charged only for the actual weight or volume delivered. A delivery charge as shown at checkout process, if applicable, may also be payable by you. The final taxes and fees will be calculated on the day your order is delivered.

Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our website services through an Account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission or under their direct supervision.
